Jinhua City New Hangsun Lightning Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., Yongkang TLD Lightning Protection Grounding Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Yongkang Yuelong Electroplating Co., Ltd. all belong to our own factories, land workshops, and a set of personnel. Since 2005, we have been producing series of copper-plated steel products. It has its own electroplating factory Yongkang Yuelong Electroplating Co., Ltd. (formerly Yongkang Lidian Yuelong Electroplating Factory), located in the surface finishing integration zone of Yongkang City, which is the provincial electroplating industrial park in Yongkang City. Sewage is treated uniformly by the treatment plant in the integration zone, which ensures the factory's 24-hour production. Our factory has a four-dimensional continuous copper-plated steel production line, 6-meter copper ground bar and round steel copper-plated production lines. We are establishing close cooperation with many well-known domestic lightning protection companies and foreign trade companies, and have established brand-name production for domestic and foreign lightning protection companies and foreign trade companies. |

| Main products and processes Copper-plated ground rod, copper-plated steel Copper-plated ground rod-----A layer of copper is plated on the round steel by electroplating. The thickness of the copper plating layer varies from country to country. Generally, the thinnest point is 0.254mm. Some foreign customers only require the thickness of the copper layer to be 0.025mm-0.127mm, and the thickness could also be 0.33mm. There are two types of UL certified copper layer thickness, 0.254mm(10mil) and 0.33mm(13mil) The copper plating method of the copper-plated ground rod is acid copper plating. But the steel cannot be electroplated directly in the acid copper plating, which will cause a substitution reaction, and the bonding force is not so good. It must be pre-plated with copper (alkaline copper. cyanide copper) or pre-plated nickel. US customers require pre-nickel plating, so we have always used pre-nickel plating as the bottom layer. In addition, the cyanide copper plating formula contains cyanide, which does not meet environmental protection requirements, so we did not adopt it.  copper-plated ground rod Copper-plated ground rod production methods include rack plating and four-dimensional continuous electroplating. Rack plating: The round steel is drawn to fit the length and diameter of the ground rod. If threads are required, they are rolled on a thread rolling machine and then electroplated. The thickness of the copper layer at the thread is slightly thinner. The longest length is generally only 6 meters. Copper layer thickness: 0.025-1.5mm Four-dimensional continuous electroplating. The round steel is directly or drawn to a diameter and enters the production line for continuous linear electroplating. According to different diameters, the longest can reach 1000m. There are two uses, round ground wire and copper-plated ground rod. The thickness of the copper layer of the thread is the same as that of the rod, which will not cause the thickness of the copper layer to be thin at the thread, which greatly improves the electrical conductivity of the thread and the connector. It is suitable for making threaded ground rods. The four-dimensional continuous plated copper-plated steel is straightened, cut, chamfered, and ground rods made of rolling threads, and the copper layer is uniform.
